As the Super New Moon, in Gemini, approaches on 14th June (the moon is closer to Earth during this phase), new ideas, learning and networking should be your focus. This is a time to reduce anxiety, decision fatigue, and negative self-talk to achieve a state of improved focus, calm, and mental clarity.

 

A sound bath is designed to immerse you in therapeutic vibrations from different instruments, inducing deep relaxation, reducing stress, and shifting your body from “fight-or-flight” to “rest-and-digest” mode, promoting mental clarity, better sleep, and physical calm, by lowering cortisol and heart rate.

 

This deeply calming experience will include Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, shakers, chimes, drum, gongs and other instruments.You simply need to lie down (or be seated) and relax.

 

Please bring your own pillow, mat (or chair), and blanket for your comfort and warmth. Bring water, along with anything you need to help you relax. Eye masks will be available.
